How to Register With Us
If you are new to the area and are requiring to register with our practice please ask our helpful Reception team. As a practice we like to register the whole family, where possible.
Prior to your registration you will be required to have a new patient health check and provide ID. An appointment will be offered with our Health Care Assistants – Please ask our receptionist to make you a new patient registration appointment.
ALL Patients will be allocated a GP but you can see any of our Doctors when you need to.

Practice Area
Our practice area covers the whole of Washington. In addition we accept patients from Springwell Village.
If you move outside these areas, it will probably be necessary to change to another practice, but if in doubt, please discuss with our Reception Team.
Catchment Area
Temporary Residents
We are always happy to see any relatives or friends staying with you if they need a Doctor or Nurse.
Temporary Residents are required to fill out a short form for the information to be returned to their own Doctor. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time for completion of the necessary forms.
