Living life well with pain and fatigue class

This course is aimed at people who are experiencing pain or fatigue as a result of a long term health condition, or without a diagnosis. Experiencing pain or fatigue can have a significant impact on life; physically, emotionally, psychologically and socially. The course introduces a number of different techniques and strategies to help to improve wellbeing and quality of life.

Living Life Well with Pain and Fatigue runs over 8 weeks
Thursdays from 12:30pm – 2pm

This course is currently run virtually due to covid-19. Please consider this if you are thinking about the class. The virtual class can be accessed via computer, tablet or smartphone. This is a psychoeducational group and it is not mandatory to speak or show yourself on camera however participation is welcomed.

The next course is due to run from 27th May 2021

If you are unable to access this upcoming class, Living Well with Pain and Fatigue is rolling continuously, and you can join the next intake.

Involvement would be subject to a triage assessment beforehand, service users can self-refer from our website or can be referred from a healthcare professional with their consent.
